Why Drakulic

Built from real warehouse experience, not a generic dev background.

There's no shortage of people who can write software. There's a much shorter list of people who've actually worked a warehouse floor first.

The short version

We understand warehouse operations because we've worked in them, then build practical automation around the systems already in place.

01 · THE MAIN REASON

Real warehouse experience.

Ten years in warehousing and logistics, starting at 17, across sites throughout Staffordshire, before any of this was software. That means the problems this site talks about aren't theoretical. Gate codes, shift handovers, POD chasing, stock discrepancies, these were things to actually deal with on shift, not features read about in someone else's case study. That's the difference between a tool built by someone guessing at your problems and one built by someone who's stood in them.

02

Works with what you already use.

No pressure to rip out your WMS, your spreadsheets, or the WhatsApp group everyone already checks. The automation is built to sit around your existing tools and fix the specific gap that's costing time, not to sell you a whole new system you didn't ask for. If it's not broken, it doesn't get replaced.

03

One-time payment, no lock-in.

Most software in this space is sold as a subscription: pay monthly, forever, or lose access to something you thought you owned. Drakulic Solutions is the opposite. You pay once, you own the system, the accounts, and the data outright. If the relationship ends the day after handover, the automation keeps working. Nothing here depends on an ongoing payment to keep functioning.

04

Personal, local support.

Based in Staffordshire, working with sites that can actually be visited in person, not a remote agency fielding tickets through a queue. If something needs walking through, that happens face to face. It's a smaller way of working, deliberately, so support means an actual conversation with the person who built it.

See exactly what that experience translates into.
